New HCACR president - Richard Sales (St Albans District)

Congratulations to Richard Sales of the St Albans District, elected president of the HCACR on 24th April 2021.

As parts of this year are expected to be blighted by COVID restrictions, Richard will likely serve for two years, so he gets a normal year as well.

The outgoing president (Claire May, Bishop's Stortford District) served for an additional year, while ringing was suspended/curtailed during the first COVID lockdowns of 2020.
